Mt. Cashmere Sundae!
Our most popular specialty is our “Very own” Mt. Cashmere Sundae. This treat consists of four kinds of Ice Cream and two Toppings. First, we swirl the first topping to coat the inside of our largest goblet, then we carefully add four generous scoops of Ice Cream. On top of the Mountain of Ice Cream follows your second topping. the "Jory Dean"
This treat was created by Cashmere’s very own “Jory Dean Sparks.” Jory, (a regular at Doane’s Soda Fountain) loved the taste of Hot Fudge, Vanilla Ice Cream and Peanuts. So he created this popular classic: The “Jory Dean” is served in a tall Soda Glass, we layer Hot Fudge, Peanuts and Ice Cream over and over again until it reached the brim of the glass and topped with a generous swirl of Whipped Cream.
